Linking Policy

Wylie ISD Education Foundation (Foundation) celebrates our educators and students in Wylie ISD through stories and information located on the Foundation website. We encourage websites who are interested in sharing this information to link to our website.

LINKING TO THE WYLIE ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION WEBSITE

Please refer to the following guidelines when setting up links to the Wylie ISD Education Foundation website.

1. The Foundation does NOT endorse companies, products or services, and strictly prohibits any suggestion of an endorsement or recommendation of one company, product, or service over another.
2. The Foundation does not allow framing of its website. When setting up a link to the Foundation website, the Foundation website should open in a new Web browser rather than displaying within a Frame of the host’s website.
3. Links directly to the Foundation website should be in text only and may not use the trademarks or logos of the Foundation.
4. The Foundation does not allow other websites to copy and reuse information from the Foundation website.

LINKING FROM THE WYLIE ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION WEBSITE

1. When the Foundation includes links to an external website, the Foundation does not assume any responsibility, or liability for any communications or material available at those websites. No links on the Foundation websites are considered an endorsement or recommendation of one company, product, or service.
2. The Foundation does not include links to external websites except for the Wylie ISD website or as specified by a pre-existing sponsorship agreement/contract or other contractual business relationship.
3. Any link from the Foundation website to an external website will abide by a “two-click rule.” The first link goes to a “jump page” that explains the relationship between the Foundation and the external website. A link to the external website may be included on this page and link to a home page but may not direct a user to a page that includes information about specific products or services.

The Foundation reserves the right to add, edit, or delete the guidelines at any time and the Foundation’s sole discretion.
