The Wylie ISD employee-giving campaign encouraging a culture of philanthropy in Wylie ISD. Funds raised through the Employee Contribution Campaign allow the Wylie ISD Education Foundation to support initiatives like Grants for Teachers, Scholarships for Seniors, School Supply Closet, and more to help make sure every student, in every school, has the tools and resources to reach their highest potential. Plus, a portion of donations fund the Wylie ISD Employees grant endowment, which will fund grants for teachers in perpetuity!
Learn How Grants in Action Funds Have Been Used
Since 2002, Wylie ISD Education Foundation has funded more than 774 Grants for Teachers totaling more than $1.8 million.
Grants for Teachers provides grants to individual classrooms, schools, and district-wide that go beyond the limits of schools’ budgets. Through this program, the Foundation provides grants to schools for educational materials, like math manipulatives, outdoor teaching gardens, music technology, CNC machines, and much more! These grants are available to any Wylie ISD school to enhance classroom learning and provide opportunities for students district-wide to participate in enrichment opportunities.
